Zhejiang Hailiang Charity Foundation was founded in 2007 and was one of the first non-public, fund-raising foundations approved by Zhejiang Civil Affairs Bureau. The foundation mainly helps vulnerable groups that become deprived due to a major accident or disease. Currently, the foundation owns a capital of RMB 0.126 billion Yuan, all of which is donated by Hailiang Group Co., Ltd.

Hailiang strongly supports the development of a green and cyclic economy and is dedicated to low-carbon and efficient production. In 2015, Hailiang’s environmental protection subsidiaries produced more than 10,000 cubic meters of SCR denitration catalyst for industrial waste gases and processed more than 50 million tons of waste water.
